20 shrimps peeled, washed
6 cloves of garlic chopped
1 Tbsp Asian garlic and red chilli paste
1 Tbsp soy sauce
2 Tsp oil
Heat the oil in a pan. Add garlic. Saute till light golden in colour.
Add garlic and red chilli paste. Cook for 1 minute on medium-low heat.
Add shrimps and soy sauce.
Cover and cook just until shrimps are done. As soon as the shrimps turn pink, they are cooked.
Don't over cook your shrimps.
Enjoy!
(This can be served over some garden salad or Rice or even Rice Noodles. Use your imagination!)
